Our Refund Policy.
Simple and transparent, without any hassle.
1. Under What Conditions Is a Refund Provided?
Shop with peace of mind. We want you to be happy with your Q-Raksha. A refund is possible if your order falls under the following conditions:
- The QR tag was received in a damaged condition.
- The QR tag cannot be scanned (Defective barcode/chip).
- The product has not been dispatched after the order was placed.
Note: If a physical QR sticker or tag is removed after application, it will be void. Returns or refunds will not be accepted in that condition.
2. What is the Timeline?
You must submit a refund request within 3 days of order delivery. After that, the system will automatically stop accepting requests, as the tag service will have already been initiated.
3. How Will the Refund Be Processed?
Refunds will only be sent to the original source account to comply with payment gateway rules. For example, if paid via UPI, the refund will be deposited into the same ID. It may take 5-7 working days for the bank to process.
