1.Acceptable Use Policy
You may only use Q-Raksha QR Code tags for legal and safety purposes. You may not use these QR tags for any illegal activities. Doing so will result in the immediate termination of your account and access.
2.User Information Accuracy
When setting up your account, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the data you provide (such as family contact numbers, your name, and address) is 100% accurate. If the numbers are incorrect during an emergency, the system will not be able to assist you properly. Please verify all details on your dashboard.
3.Availability of Service
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for the Q-Raksha server. However, SOS notifications and alerts may experience delays of a few seconds due to network issues or unforeseen technical difficulties. The system is entirely dependent on online infrastructure.
4.Liability Disclaimer
Q-Raksha is a notification and alert tool, not a medical or police equivalent. During an incident, we share alerts and GPS information, but on-ground recovery depends on local authorities. We do not claim to physically stop every emergency; rather, we deliver accurate information in a timely manner.
